The promotion ends on 31 October: €24.90 a month for the first 12 months, with the kit equipment and installation by a Segurma technician included. For homes the price includes VAT; for businesses it excludes VAT. From month 13 the standard monthly fee for each kit applies, which you can see just below and in the calculator.
Home (VAT included)
Months 1-12: €24.90/month. From month 13: €43.90/month with the Kit Tranquilidad or €49.90/month with the Kit Tranquilidad Plus. The monthly fee covers system maintenance, the 24-hour connection to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and the app.
Business (VAT not included)
Months 1-12: €24.90/month. From month 13: €36.90/month (Tranquilidad) or €42.90/month (Tranquilidad Plus). The same kits, with a panic button instead of the key fob remote and arming schedules for the premises.

Home kits: what each one includes and what you pay
Two kits. Both come with the control panel connected to Segurma's own Alarm Receiving Centre, police alerts verified with video and audio, a mobile app, and equipment and installation included. The difference is the IP camera and the magnetic sensor in the Plus.

Business kits: shops, pharmacies, offices and warehouses
The same two kits, with a panic button instead of the key fob remote and prices excluding VAT. Segurma's ARC verifies every activation with video and alerts the police even when the premises are closed. Arming schedules are programmed around opening and closing times, and the panic button alerts the ARC silently if there is a problem while the premises are open.

Extra elements: the price of each one and when it makes sense
The kit covers most flats. A villa, a ground-floor flat with a patio, a village house with a yard or a holiday home usually need an element or two more. Each one has a published monthly fee, except those paid for once. So there are no surprises in the survey: the technician suggests, you see the price and you decide.

What the contract adds up to: the 24-month calculation
No other website in the sector shows you the total. We do, because it is what you are really deciding on: 12 months of promotion plus 12 months at the standard fee. It is an indicative calculation using Segurma's prices; it does not include extra elements (that is what the calculator is for).

How to read this total
The first year carries the promotion; the second is the real fee for the service. If you are going to compare with another company, always compare the 24-month total with the same kit and the same extras, not the first month's fee. And ask both what the maintenance includes and whether they run their own Alarm Receiving Centre.
If the minimum term is not 24 months
If Segurma's contract sets a different minimum term, the minimum cost changes in proportion: each extra month is added at the fee that applies from month 13 onwards. We work it out for you with your exact kit and the real number of months in the survey.

What the monthly fee includes and what it doesn't
What the fee does include
- The kit equipment and its installation by a Segurma technician, usually within 24-48 hours.
- Connection to Segurma's own Alarm Receiving Centre, 24 hours a day, over the internet and 4G/5G, with battery back-up for power cuts.
- Video and audio verification of every activation and a police alert when the alarm is real.
- System maintenance and the mobile app, which you use to arm, disarm and see what is going on.
What it doesn't include
- The extra elements you decide to add after the survey: each one with its own fee (extras table).
- Extra remotes and TAGs, which are paid for once.
- VAT for businesses, which is added to the published fee; in the Canary Islands, IGIC instead of VAT.
- Services Segurma does not publish in its offer, such as buying the equipment outright with no monthly fee.
Minimum term and contract: what to check before you sign
You sign the contract with Segurma, which is the company that provides the security service. We advise you and arrange the sign-up. These are the things worth being clear about, and which we confirm to you in writing before you sign anything.
Months of minimum term
They are set by Segurma's contract. Ask for them in writing and check them in the document before you sign; don't rely on what other websites say or on what you are told verbally.
Right of withdrawal
If you sign up away from business premises (at home, by phone or online) you have 14 calendar days to withdraw at no cost. If you ask for the installation to be done within that period, you may be charged for the part of the service already provided (arts. 102-108 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU).
Early cancellation
The conditions for cancelling before the end of the minimum term are in the contract. Read them before you sign and keep a copy. When you want to cancel, always do it in writing and keep proof: this is the point that comes up most often in negative reviews.
Month 13 fee in writing
The promotion lasts 12 months. Insist that the fee that will apply afterwards appears in the quote and in the contract, with the exact kit and the extras. If it doesn't match this page, ask before you sign.
VAT and IGIC
Homes: fees with VAT included. Businesses: fees excluding VAT, which is added on the invoice. Canary Islands: IGIC (Canary Islands tax) applies instead of VAT, and the exact fee is confirmed in writing in the survey.
What happens after you sign
A Segurma technician installs the system, usually within 24-48 hours, tests it with you and connects it to the Alarm Receiving Centre. From that moment the alarm is monitored around the clock and you control it from the app.
How to compare alarm prices without getting it wrong
Almost every offer in the sector is advertised with a small monthly fee for the first year. To compare properly, look at these six things in every quote, including ours.
- The fee from month 13. It is what you will pay for most of the contract. With Segurma: €43.90 or €49.90 a month for homes.
- What the kit includes. Count the detectors, whether they have cameras, whether there is a siren, keypad, remote and sign. A kit with fewer pieces forces you to add extras.
- The price of the extras. Ask for the price list before the survey. Here you have it, published.
- Equipment and installation. Check whether they are part of the monthly fee or paid separately. With Segurma they are included.
- Own or subcontracted Alarm Receiving Centre, and video verification. It is what decides whether the police receive a verified alert or an unchecked call.
- Minimum term, cancellation and withdrawal in writing. If it isn't in the contract, it doesn't exist.
