Asunción is a very good professional and attentive to her customer. Quick installation with no complications. Time will tell, but it looks good.

An alarm with video surveillance for your shop, pharmacy, office or warehouse, with Segurma's own Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) at the other end 24 hours a day. If it goes off with the shutter down, the ARC looks and listens to what is happening and, if it is real, alerts the police. Equipment and installation included in the monthly fee, with no building work.

What you really stand to lose when the premises are left empty
Between closing and opening, your business spends more hours on its own than with you inside. That is the gap someone uses to get in through the shutter or the stockroom window, and the bill is not just what they take: it is the broken shutter, the morning you can't open and the insurance claim.
Outside opening hours
Nights, bank holidays and holidays: the premises in the dark with stock inside. The camera detectors and the door and window sensors cover that time, and every activation reaches Segurma's own ARC.
With the shutter up
A theft in the back room or a tense moment at the counter cost money too. The IP camera with audio in the Plus kit shows the premises live on your phone, and the panic button alerts the ARC discreetly.
A verified alarm, not just a suspicion
An unchecked activation is a suspicion; with video and audio it is evidence. Segurma's ARC looks and listens before acting and, when the intrusion is real, alerts the police; you find out straight away.
Six parts that work while you rest
A business system is not just a siren: it is a chain from the sensor to the Alarm Receiving Centre and from the ARC to the police. This is how each link fits into your premises.
A picture of the premises in your pocket
The camera detectors take images when something moves while the alarm is armed; the IP camera with audio in the Plus kit shows the premises live from your phone, open or closed.
Verification with video and audio
Every activation reaches Segurma's own ARC with picture and sound: that is how a shutter rattling in the wind is told apart from someone in the stockroom, and the ARC alerts the police when the alarm is real.
A siren to cut the attempt short
When the alarm goes off, the siren sounds inside the premises and makes it clear to whoever has got in that there is a connected system and someone at the other end.
Two alerts: to you and to the police
If Segurma's ARC confirms the intrusion, it alerts the police, passing on what it has seen and heard, and alerts you: you find out at the time, not when you open up in the morning.
Connected even if they cut the power
The control panel talks to the ARC over the internet and, if that route fails, over 4G/5G; it also has a battery. Flipping the trip switch before breaking in does not leave the premises without a connection.
Openings, closings and staff codes
You arm and disarm from the app and get an alert for every activation. If the person who opens is not the person who closes, everyone has their own code and you see the openings and closings in the app.
Choose the equipment for your business
The Kit Negocio (the business kit) covers the entrances and the interior with camera detectors and a panic button; the Plus adds the IP camera with audio. With both, Segurma's own ARC, the app and the equipment with its installation are part of the monthly fee.

- Control panel connected 24/7 to Segurma's ARC
- Camera detectors for verification
- Keypad, siren and key fob remote
- Police alerts with video and audio
- App to control your business remotely

- Everything in the Kit Negocio
- IP video surveillance camera with audio
- Live picture of the premises from your phone
- Coverage can be extended for warehouses and large premises
- Recording and visual verification
The offer ends on 31 October. The final kit is confirmed during the survey. Minimum term as set in Segurma's contract
What a business installation is built with
A shop window onto the street, a loading door or a mezzanine office each call for different parts. The survey decides which ones are needed.

Guide prices for the add-on parts, as a monthly fee and excluding VAT for businesses; they are confirmed during the survey. The control panel and what comes with your kit are part of the monthly fee; extensions (more detectors, another camera, warehouse plus office) are decided according to the premises.
Three steps between today and connected premises
Tell us about the premises
We call you and go through the entrances, shop window, stockroom and opening hours with you; with that we prepare the survey and propose the kit, with no obligation.
The technician fits the system
A Segurma technician comes to the premises, usually within 24 to 48 hours, fits the detectors and shows you the keypad and the app. The equipment and the fitting are part of the monthly fee.
You lock up and leave
With the alarm armed, the premises are connected to Segurma's own ARC: every activation is checked with video and audio and, if it is real, the ARC alerts the police while you sleep.

Packs start at €24.90 a month + VAT for the first 12 months; from month 13, €36.90 or €42.90 a month + VAT depending on the kit. Equipment and installation included, and a no-obligation technical survey.
The camera detectors take images when something moves while the alarm is armed; the ARC uses them to check the activation and you see them in the app. With the Plus kit, the IP camera with audio shows the premises live and keeps a recording so you can go back over it later.
Segurma's own Alarm Receiving Centre, run by Segurma (licensed security company no. 3082), 24 hours a day: in the small hours, on bank holidays and in August. If the alarm goes off, it checks video and audio, alerts you and, when the intrusion is real, alerts the police.
Against forced entry, yes: the door and window sensors and the glass-break detector go off when the shutter or the shop window gives way, and the ARC acts on the image. Against theft while the premises are open, the IP camera with audio in the Plus kit helps: the counter live, plus a recording.
Yes, and that is exactly what the survey looks at: which entrances there are (loading, staff, office), which areas are left unattended and whether an outdoor detector in the yard makes sense; the detectors and cameras needed are then added to the kit. With more than one site, each one gets its own system.
Yes. The control panel communicates with the ARC over the internet and over 4G/5G, so if one route goes down it uses the other, and it has a battery for a power cut. Flipping the trip switch or cutting the fibre does not leave the premises disconnected.
Yes. Everyone who opens or closes can have their own code on the keypad (or their own TAG key), and in the app you see each arming and disarming, as well as arming and disarming remotely and receiving the alerts.
Every activation is checked with video and audio at the ARC before anything is done: a movement of no importance stays as an alert for you, and the police get the call when what can be seen is a real intrusion. If a detector goes off too often, Segurma checks it as part of the maintenance.
Yes, with two basic conditions: a visible information sign warning of the video surveillance and use of the images limited to the security of the premises. During the survey we advise you on where to place the camera if there are customers or staff; the legal detail is best checked with your data protection adviser.
The minimum term is set by Segurma's contract; we confirm it to you in writing before you sign. In return you pay nothing for the equipment or the installation, you have maintenance included and the promotional fee of €24.90 a month + VAT for the first 12 months. Before you sign we explain the terms clearly, with no small print.
