Asunción is a very good professional and attentive to her customer. Quick installation with no complications. Time will tell, but it looks good.

A flat by the beach, a house in the village or a cabin in the mountains: it sits shut up for weeks while you are hundreds of kilometres away. If someone gets in, Segurma's own Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) checks what is happening with video and audio, reports it to the police if the break-in is real and shows it to you on your phone, wherever you are.

A house shut up since September shows from the street
Blinds down, letterbox full, not a car at the door. On the coast and in the village, the low season leaves whole urbanisations without neighbours, and anyone looking for an empty home does not need to look very hard to see that yours is one. And you are hundreds of kilometres away.
Months with nobody keeping an eye
Between the last visit of the summer and the next long weekend, weeks go by. If someone forces a window in November, nobody will know until Easter, unless the system reports it to Segurma's ARC at that very moment.
The doubt that spoils every getaway
Has anyone got in? Is everything still in its place? With the system connected the answer is in the app: you look at the house whenever you like and, if the alarm goes off, you find out at that moment and not when you arrive with the suitcases.
Someone acts even when you can't
From the other end of Spain you cannot pop round to check anything. Segurma's own ARC looks at what is happening with video and audio and, if the alarm is real, alerts the police and you.

What happens at your house if someone tries to get in and you are far away
What matters is not the siren, it is the chain that starts moving when there is nobody in the property. This is how the Segurma system works in a holiday home that spends whole seasons shut up.
Sensors on the entrances most often forced
Opening sensors on doors and windows, camera detectors inside. In a holiday home the terrace, the bathroom window or the garage are the points most worth covering.
Someone looks before raising the alarm
When a sensor goes off, Segurma's own ARC receives image and sound from the house. A moment's carelessness is not the same as someone forcing the door, and the ARC acts on what it sees and hears.
The indoor siren puts them off
As soon as the alarm goes off the indoor siren sounds. In a half-empty urbanisation in winter, that noise draws the attention of the few neighbours left and exposes the intruder.
Police alerted with evidence, and you kept informed
If Segurma's ARC confirms the break-in is real, it alerts the police with the images and audio gathered, and you. It does not wait for you to arrive from your city.
Works without fibre and with the power cut
If the house has no internet contract, or you cancel it out of season, the control panel communicates over built-in 4G/5G. And it has a backup battery in case the power is cut or a storm knocks it out.
The house in your pocket, hundreds of kilometres away
From the app you arm and disarm, watch the cameras live and talk through them. If the alarm goes off, the alert reaches your phone and you see what is happening before anyone has to tell you.
Choose your kit for the holiday home
A beach flat does not need the same as a village house with a garden. Both kits are connected to Segurma's ARC, with equipment and installation within the monthly fee; during the survey we adjust the parts to your home.

- Control panel connected 24/7 to Segurma's Alarm Receiving Centre
- Detectors with verification camera
- Keypad, indoor siren and remote
- Police alerts with video and audio
- Mobile app to control it from wherever you are

- Everything in the Kit Tranquilidad
- IP video surveillance camera with audio
- Live footage from your phone
- Extra detector for coverage
- Recording and visual verification
The offer ends on 31 October. The final kit is confirmed during the survey. Minimum term as set in Segurma's contract.
What goes into a holiday home system
Each part has its role in a house that spends whole seasons shut up: some detect, some alert and some let you look and act from far away.

Guide prices for add-on parts (monthly fee, VAT included). The control panel and the parts in your kit are included in the monthly fee; the system is extended to suit your home's needs after a free survey.

We call you, you tell us where it is and how long it stays shut up, and we prepare the no-obligation survey.
A technician installs it on your next visit
A Segurma technician usually comes within 24-48 hours; we fix the appointment for a day when you are there. Equipment and installation are part of the monthly fee.
You lock the door and leave with your mind at rest
Segurma's own ARC watches over the house at any hour and you follow it from your phone until the next getaway.

Packs start at €24.90/month for the first 12 months (VAT included); from month 13, €43.90 or €49.90/month depending on the kit. Equipment and installation included, whether the house is on the coast, in the village or in the mountains.
Yes. Before you shut it up in September you connect the system from the keypad or the app and, until you come back, Segurma's own Alarm Receiving Centre handles any alarm activation: if someone gets in, the indoor siren sounds, the ARC examines the images and the sound and alerts the police if the break-in is real.
An alert in the app with the sensor that has gone off, and the live cameras to see the house and talk through them. Meanwhile Segurma's ARC is already checking the signal and, if it confirms the intrusion, alerts the police without waiting for you to call.
A Segurma technician usually installs within 24-48 hours of sign-up, but with a holiday home the normal thing is to fix the appointment for a day when you are there, a weekend or a long weekend. No building work, and no separate charge for the equipment or the installation.
Yes. The control panel has built-in 4G/5G communication, so there is no need for fibre or wifi in the house; if there is, it uses both routes. For the power it has a backup battery, and a power failure is reported to Segurma's ARC: a long outage does not go unnoticed.
Yes. From the Segurma app you watch the cameras live whenever you feel like it, talk through the two-way audio and check whether the system was left connected when you went out. That way you know everything is still in its place without waiting for the next visit.
Yes. Each person is given a different code on the keypad, or a proximity key, which is cancelled when they stop coming, without changing yours. That way you don't hand your code out around the village and whoever looks after the house gets in without calling you.
We understand: that is why in the first year you pay €24.90/month, less than a coffee a day costs, with installation included and the equipment included. Think about what it protects: your holiday home, what is inside and the reassurance of never arriving to find it ransacked. We carry out a free survey and you see the exact price before deciding, with no surprises and no small print.
The minimum term is set by Segurma's contract (we confirm it in writing before you sign) and, in return, you get installation included, maintenance included and the promotional fee for the first 12 months. Before you sign anything we visit you, explain everything and answer your questions: you only take the step when you are sure. And throughout the service Segurma's Alarm Receiving Centre and technical support are there so your system always works.
